At the end of the day, they will end up disappointed.
Good transfer service by Mr. Alexander 💯% recommended. He returned money given extra by our colleague who paid for our transfer and also returned a purse with 100 dollars forgotten by another colleague

It was our first time visiting the Dominican Republic with my family, and we had an incredible experience. We visited Isla Saona and Santo Domingo, with Soto as our driver, Pedro as our tour guide, and Nestor as our photographer. Amazing experience! My wife & I did the combo tour & basically were out all day with their team exploring Punta Cana! The communication with booking everything was a bit shaky at first but a little follow up with their team on WhatsApp goes a long way. Alexander doesn’t speak English the best but his team member was able to help translate. They go above & beyond with the whole experience, and they even took a bunch of pictures & sent to us afterwards. All in all it was a very memorable experience & these guys are very trustworthy & reliable, and they plan out a really fun day of activities & exploring Punta Cana! Definitely a hidden gem for the price & what you get for a full day experience of fun! Bring some extra cash for all the goodies along the way. Don’t waste your money with the hotels & just book with these guys…you will be glad you did!
Excelent tour company. Very reliable and responsible. They have the most competitive prices in all punta cana, unlike hotels, that sell their packages overpriced. If you want to experience the Dominican Republic with a local, this is the place to go! The owner, Alexander goes above and beyond to ensure you are having a great time. Recommended, A+ and five star.
